1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable in France and the European Union, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You do not need to provide a reason when requesting a return within this period.
For international orders outside the European Union, return requests are also accepted within 14 days, subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the country concerned.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your return request.
- Be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned with their original tags and packaging, where possible.
- Include the information needed to identify the order.
Items showing signs of use, damage, odors, alterations, or that can no longer be resold may be refused.
3. Items Excluded from Returns
For hygiene, personalization, or in accordance with applicable regulations, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or made-to-order items.
- Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards, where applicable.
4. Return Procedure
Before returning an item, you must contact HS-ChicModestia via the contact form available on our website.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- The name(s) of the item(s) concerned.
- The reason for your request.
- Any additional information relevant to your request.
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
Any return sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or you received a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, any costs related to return shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import formalities are also the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Refunds
After receiving the returned package, HS-ChicModestia will inspect the condition of the items.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved, depending on bank processing times.
Original shipping costs may not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
7. Damaged Items or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact HS-ChicModestia as soon as possible through our contact form.
If possible, please include photos of the product received and its packaging to help us process your request.
After reviewing your request, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
8. International Orders
HS-ChicModestia offers its products to customers in France and internationally.
Delivery times, customs requirements, and local regulations may vary depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
